For the Crust:

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the lasagna: spread a thin layer of ricotta mixture in a baking dish, followed by noodles, buffalo chicken, and shredded cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with green onions.
