For the Crust:
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer the lasagna: spread a thin layer of ricotta mixture in a baking dish, followed by noodles, buffalo chicken, and shredded cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with green onions.
