Ultimate Chocolate Toffee Crunch Cheesecake

A decadent cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy chocolate filling, and crunchy toffee topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix cookie crumbs and butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream, melted chocolate, and vanilla.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  4. Sprinkle toffee bits over cooled cheesecake. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
