Tuna Avocado Egg Wrap

A protein-packed and healthy wrap featuring tuna, avocado, and scrambled eggs for a quick and nutritious meal.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed avocado with lemon juice and set aside.
  4. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the avocado mixture evenly over it.
  5. Add the scrambled eggs and drained tuna on top of the avocado layer.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
