Sweet Chili Pineapple Chicken Wraps

A tropical twist on chicken wraps with sweet chili sauce and juicy pineapple for a burst of flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Add diced pineapple and sweet chili sauce to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the pineapple is slightly softened and the sauce coats the chicken.
  3. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, then top with shredded lettuce, sliced bell pepper, and chopped cilantro. Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
