Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake

A creamy no-bake cheesecake with a golden Oreo crust, topped with fresh strawberries and a crunchy strawberry shortcake crumble.

  • 2 cups Golden Oreo crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry shortcake cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Spread filling over crust. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with crushed strawberry shortcake cookies. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
