For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz noodles of choice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and half the minced garlic. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, remaining garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer for 2-3 minutes until sticky.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
