Spicy Garlic Honey Shrimp Ramen Stir Fry

A quick and flavorful stir fry combining succulent shrimp, ramen noodles, and a spicy garlic honey sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Return shrimp to the pan, add cooked ramen noodles, and pour the sauce over everything. Toss to coat evenly and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
