Spaghetti Tacos with Ground Beef

A fun fusion dish combining classic spaghetti with taco flavors, served in crispy taco shells.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 hard taco shells
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Combine cooked spaghetti with seasoned ground beef.
  4. Warm taco shells according to package directions.
  5. Fill each taco shell with spaghetti-beef mixture. Top with cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
