Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Taco Dip

A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful taco dip that’s perfect for parties or game day. Made easily in a slow cooker for minimal effort and maximum taste.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the seasoned ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with diced green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips.
