1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz linguine pasta
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Stir in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
