Juicy pork chops glazed with maple syrup and topped with crispy bacon, served with a rich Dijon mustard cream sauce.

For the Crust:
4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Season pork chops with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Brush maple syrup over pork chops during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Remove pork chops from skillet and let rest. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
Serve pork chops topped with crumbled bacon and drizzle with Dijon mustard cream sauce.
