For the Crust:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
