Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

A decadent cheesecake combining rich chocolate chips and sweet salted caramel for an unforgettable dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, then pour the filling over the crust. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and swirl lightly with a knife.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish with extra caramel and a sprinkle of sea salt before serving.
