Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

A fun fusion of pizza and tacos with crispy tortillas, melted cheese, and pepperoni.

For the Crust:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place tortillas on the baking sheet. Spread 1-2 tbsp pizza sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each tortilla, then top with pepperoni slices.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Fold each tortilla in half like a taco and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
