Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Delicious bite-sized pizza dough balls stuffed with pepperoni and cheese, perfect for snacking or parties.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 40 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each piece into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Place 5 pepperoni slices and 2 tablespoons cheese in center of each dough circle. Gather edges and pinch to seal.
  4. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
