Peach Cobbler Cheesecake – Summer Bliss in Every Slice!

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. In another bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Spoon over cheesecake batter.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
