Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Bites

Delicious bite-sized treats combining the flavors of peach cobbler and creamy cheesecake.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh peaches
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tbsp sugar. Press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over crusts.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
  5. Top each cheesecake with peach preserves, diced peaches, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
