Oven Fried Potatoes & Onions

Crispy oven-fried potatoes and caramelized onions make a delicious and easy side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges and onion slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
