Ooey-Gooey Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Pockets

A delicious fusion of cheeseburger and pizza flavors stuffed into crispy pockets.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika to the beef. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in bacon and cheese.
  4. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 equal squares. Spoon beef mixture onto each square.
  5. Fold dough over filling to form triangles. Seal edges with a fork and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
