For the Crust:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika to the beef. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in bacon and cheese.
Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 equal squares. Spoon beef mixture onto each square.
Fold dough over filling to form triangles. Seal edges with a fork and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
