Mounds Poke Cake – Coconut Bliss in Every Bite

A delicious chocolate poke cake infused with coconut flavor, topped with creamy frosting and shredded coconut.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. While the cake is still warm, poke holes all over the top using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  3. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk together, then pour evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.
  4. Let the cake cool completely, then spread the whipped topping evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
