Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole

A rich and cheesy ravioli casserole that tastes like a million bucks with minimal effort.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Arrange half the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  4. Dollop half the ricotta cheese over the ravioli, then sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, ricotta, and cheeses. Top with remaining marinara sauce.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
