Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs

Juicy chicken stuffed with melted mozzarella and ranch seasoning, wrapped in crispy bacon for an irresistible flavor explosion.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese and ranch dressing. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture.
  4. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
