Greek Chicken Tenders

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill or bake chicken tenders for 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.
  5. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or fresh veggies.
