Greek Chicken Tenders
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill or bake chicken tenders for 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or fresh veggies.
