Loaded Ranch Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

A hearty and flavorful casserole combining the best elements of a cheeseburger with ranch seasoning and crispy bacon.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb frozen tater tots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in ranch seasoning mix.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread half of this mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer cooked ground beef, onions, pickles, and half the bacon over the sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Arrange tater tots evenly over the cheese layer. Spread the remaining mayo-sour cream mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tater tots are golden and crispy. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
