A Mediterranean twist on classic nachos, featuring crispy pita chips, gyro meat, and fresh Greek toppings.

For the Crust:
4 large pita breads, cut into triangles
1 lb gyro meat (lamb or chicken)
1 cup tzatziki sauce
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange pita triangles on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
While pita chips bake, cook gyro meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned and heated through.
Layer baked pita chips on a serving platter. Top with cooked gyro meat, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and olives.
Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top and serve immediately.
