A hearty and indulgent pasta dish combining the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with creamy Alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:
12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the pan.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until cheeses melt and sauce is smooth.
Stir in cooked pasta, bacon, ketchup, and mustard until well combined. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with diced pickles if desired and serve immediately.
