For the Crust:
1 lb lump crabmeat, drained and picked clean
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.
Gently fold in the crabmeat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
