For the Crust:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb lump crabmeat, drained
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
Gently fold in the crabmeat and green onions, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
