Ice Cream Sandwich Cake – The Easiest Dessert Ever!

A no-bake, layered dessert made with ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and your favorite toppings.

For the Crust:

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies or candy (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place a layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the dish, trimming if needed to fit.
  3. Spread half of the whipped topping over the ice cream sandwiches.
  4. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup and caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat the layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and sauces.
  6. Sprinkle crushed cookies or candy on top if desired.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
