Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

A savory and slightly sweet side dish featuring crispy Brussels sprouts and bacon with a honey glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet. Scatter chopped bacon over the top.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk honey and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over roasted sprouts and bacon. Toss to coat and serve warm.
