Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage, and Broccoli

A flavorful one-pan dish with sweet honey garlic shrimp, savory sausage, and crisp broccoli.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Push sausage and broccoli to one side of the skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Pour over the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli.
  5. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
