Honey Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatball Skillet

Juicy chicken meatballs coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic parmesan sauce, cooked to perfection in a skillet.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, 1 clove minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add honey, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and remaining minced garlic. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Return meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
