For the Crust:

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add corn kernels and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in honey, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well coated and glazed.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
