For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (16 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread shredded chicken evenly in the baking dish. Pour Alfredo sauce over the chicken and stir to combine.
  3. Separate biscuits and cut each into quarters. Arrange biscuit pieces over the chicken mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic powder, and parsley. Drizzle over the biscuits.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
