Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs stuffed with ground beef, cheese, and garlic parmesan flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheddar cheese in the center, then pinch dough closed to form a ball.
  4. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
