Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
