Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Juicy beef and melted cheese rolled up in a delicious garlic butter wrap for a fun twist on classic cheeseburgers.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
  5. Spread beef mixture evenly over tortillas. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush rolls with garlic butter mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
