Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Delicious rollups filled with ground beef, bacon, and cheese, all wrapped in a garlic butter dough.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a spoonful of cooked beef, bacon, and cheese on each triangle.
  3. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and onion powder. Brush over the rollups.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
