Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Delicious rollups filled with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, and melted cheese, all wrapped in a garlic butter dough.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a spoonful of cooked beef, bacon crumbles, and cheese on each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, sealing edges.
  5. Place rollups on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional garlic powder if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
