Easy No Bake Twix Cheesecake

A decadent no-bake cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base, creamy caramel cheesecake filling, and topped with chocolate and chopped Twix bars.

For the Crust:

  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 300ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g caramel sauce or dulce de leche
  • 4 Twix bars, chopped
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Whip double cream and vanilla to soft peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Swirl caramel sauce through the cheesecake filling. Pour over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with chopped Twix bars before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
