For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Sprinkle chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving if desired.
