Easy Hamburger Soup

A hearty and comforting soup made with ground beef, vegetables, and savory broth.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
