Easter Chocolate Lasagna – Layers of Sweet Spring Magic!

A decadent no-bake dessert with layers of chocolate, cream, and cookies, perfect for Easter celebrations.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tub (12 oz) whipped topping, divided
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pastel-colored sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/4 cups whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
  3. Whisk pudding mixes with 3 1/4 cups cold milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and pastel sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
