A decadent no-bake dessert with layers of chocolate, cream, and cookies, perfect for Easter celebrations.

For the Crust:
1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tub (12 oz) whipped topping, divided
2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/4 cups cold milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Pastel-colored sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/4 cups whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
Whisk pudding mixes with 3 1/4 cups cold milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and pastel sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
