Dreamy No-Bake Eclair Cake

A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers and vanilla pudding, topped with chocolate glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1 (16 oz) can chocolate frosting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining graham crackers and pudding. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  4. Melt chocolate frosting slightly and spread over the top layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
