For the Crust:
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 box (6 oz) chicken-flavored stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix, melted butter, and chicken broth. Stir until moistened.
Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
