Crockpot Chicken & Broccoli Mac and Cheese

A creamy and comforting mac and cheese loaded with tender chicken and broccoli, all made effortlessly in the crockpot.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Add uncooked macaroni, chicken, and broccoli to the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the macaroni mixture.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
