Crispy Garlic Ranch Potato Chip Chicken Tenders

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed potato chips, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. In separate bowls, place flour and beaten eggs. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with the potato chip mixture.
  4. Place coated tenders on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
