Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts with a Maple Syrup Drizzle

A delightful combination of creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and sweet maple syrup on crispy flatbread.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
